Our trip fee is $105 and labor is $125/hr. Parts and refrigerant are quoted on top. We explain what we find before any repair is done.

Do you offer emergency rooftop unit repair?
Yes. We offer 24/7 emergency service. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM.

How often should a restaurant RTU be serviced?
Kitchens put a heavy load on rooftop units, so we recommend regular checks of belts and fan motors, which a PM plan covers. Other components are inspected and repaired as needed.
